Short Holiday...

It's adi the end of the holiday, and yet I've spent most of it in the campus doing the project =.= Well at least now it's consider fully working, now just additional features to be added to PLC controled Pneumatic powered automated conveyer object height sorter. I've even debugged the program and increase the response rate of each cylinder so it'll even react to object arond 1cm close to each other.

It's kinda hard to accept that not much was accomplish by me this week long holiday. Here's the stuff I did :
  1. Washed my car, but now dirty again. =.=
  2. Burn over 40Gb of dvds, so that my hard disk can backup my sis's computer files. Kena virus because some one's phone card got virus. =.=
  3. Handed in my resume for industrial training/internship. Although not the companies I had initially chosen. My sisters 'persuade' me into a big known company. Handed in with their help >.<
That's all, at least the meaningful ones I can remember. Now the others(useless),
  1. Downloaded the remainder HQ naruto manga, now searching for another HQ scans and translator. Narutobuzz quality sucks, I can't even read the words, POtong steam aja.
  2. Tried the latest version of DOTA on Blueserver, although 1 round only, but It was fun. We won, I used my favorite keeper of light. FEEDER!
  3. Fixed the stupid Mozilla bug. Now can download files using firefox.
  4. Finally got my hands on some new songs
Actually got a lot more, but I don't remember.

Friday my sister took half day leave, ended up forcing me to help her to make onigiri, which in my opinion ended up in disaster. The onigiri all have different shape, size, and thickness =.=
I lazy to copt paste the picture, u go her site there see.

I like this guy design very much, thou too complex. Some one please get it into pure black and white >.<. pretty PLease

First day of the week long holiday.

Yeah, finally a break from the busy, boring uni routine. Wake up early in the morning and prepare to go uni, avoiding traffic jams and getting to choose where to park my small little car. Reaching the campus even before most of the security guard are there.
But this holiday doesn't felt like a holiday. Okay, I do get to sleep till noon, but my stupid neighbor make sure that I won't with their yelling and revving the bus, chocking me with the bus toxic exhaust. I have to go back to uni to rush my pneumatic project, which is 50% complete, I think. Furthermore, there's a midterm test just after the holidays, hope they give the formulas this time.
Today whole day I'm free, so what did I do so far.
  1. Personalize Mozilla Firefox - ( Getting annoyed with the bright colours.)
  2. Research on the companies listed by the uni for industrial training. For now I aim for the ones in my area. I've found 2-3 which I'm interested, 1 in particular I'm looking into is the company for automation system.
  3. Read Naruto! Don't why sudden;y so many people are giving out spoilers around me, NO!!!!!!!!!! I want to read myself!
  4. Annoy the stupid neighbors. Blasting the speaker with System of a down, Dope, Static-X, 10 years, Papa roach, She want revenge, and more.... >.<>
That's all. Not much stuff I did, considering I've went to buy food and babysit my mmorpg account most of the time I'm at home.

Here's screen shot of my current firefox:

New feature of Blogger, now I can upload videos! Yeah! Here's something to test it out. A video taken long time ago. You can see the stupid neighbors (right side from camera view) took more than 4 parking spaces with their bus and van. The other neighbor's van, now covered with weeds.

GAMES! Althought there's not enough time to sleep but there's always time for games!

Ish, been looking out for this game since last year. SPORE! From the reviews and previews, it looks freaking fun! Although I don't usually like Sims, but this is like the king of Sims! Something like white and black but with more stages. For more info go to SPORE official website and remember don't skip the intro, it's a nice, funny intro that tells you all about the game.
The early stage of the game - Micro wo
Middle stage - Evolution!Late Game - World Domination!
Actually after you dominate the planet you can travel out to space to conquer other planets! Cool eh.

Nowadays been addicted to mmorpg, don't know why. We can never win those 'BaiKaChai' who spent thousand of dollars to be number 1 in the game, we can never compete with those who abandon real life to play 24 hours non stop, most of all, we can never win those botters and scammers despite the gm efforts to abolish them.
In the holidays I played Pirate King Online (PKO), it's quite fun, since you can multi client. And before the last batch I was able to AFK earn alot of money, well alot for me anyways. But the new patch made the game need to RAM to run, hence lagging. So abandon the game. =.=
Then I played Mo Siang Online, if direct translate from the Chinese name is "Aromatic Ink", yeah the name is weird. It's like a chinese kungfu game, from the reviews I read, apparently the maps are replicate after the real sceneries in China. This game was releases in Hong Kong before Malaysia, so in the chinese server the players able to get pointers from the Master of Mo Siang! The game's leveling system is new to me, there is like 3 separate experience, 1 for your character level, 1 for the misc skills such as run, upgrade and guild, and 1 for fighting skills. The characters are not constrain to 1 weapon, although focusing on 1 type of weapon is advisable to survive PvP. There are several types of weapons : glove(fist), bow, shurikens(anji), spear, sword and katana. As usual, there are different skills for different weapons. I chose to play weaponless, a.k.a. Chi Gong Master! This type chose to learn the group of fighting skills call qi gong which are available to all regardless of the weapon. There's gold, fire, water and wood. I learn gold and water, which is stun and freeze, god for vs all except dao, because of their critical. =.= I gave up mo siang because it need too much attention to play it.
Mo Siang Online
Now I'm playing Swords of The New World. I know it sounds gay, for Malaysia server it's call Granado Espada, sounds cool eh. Apparently the ones with the cooler name need to pay, I'm stingy so I stick which the lamer ones, global version. As expected, the game lags like hell at weekends, but it's still okay at weekdays. The graphics are gorgeous, the music are like the ones liked by the AhBengz, which got the beat sounds like 'study' in Cantonese (Lol, but why most of them hate to study when they like the songs?>.<). This mmorpg is different from others, why? Because you control 3 freaking characters at the same time! You control a family ( 3 characters with the same last name) which can be combination of scout, fighter, elementalist, wizard or musketeers. Best of all, the game got built in AI, which allows user to set the family to auto attack and auto heal, it's like a built in AFK mode! Pity that it doesn't have a auto pick up like pirate king. Well, you gain some you lose some.

Las Carretas Mexican Restaurant

Last Friday I think, me, dad and mom went out for dinner, instead of our usual Friday dinner, Asam Laksa, Ayam Goreng, Chow Kuey Tiow and more stuff from the pasar malam nearby. It was Merdeka, and my dad suggest we went out to eat.
We planed to go Kinpachi to eat, but it was close, should have known since Kinpachi usually won't open for public holidays. My dad start suggesting restaurants, and I decided on Las Carretas. Why, it's been so freaking long since I ate some big juicy steak!
To my disappointment, I can't order the dish I want, Rip eye. It's so freaking expensive! Over RM150 just for 1 dish. Bloody hell, that's the 300g one some more, every 100g more cost RM20 more. I was force to select the others dishes, I chosen a dish from the special dish menu, some beef from down under. I don't know for you people, but it was not that good for me, and most of the dish consist of mash potato, not the beef. =.= My mom ordered smoke beef which my mom didn't enjoy much. My dad order the usual seafood spaghetti, which he had it remake as he complain the clamp was not fresh, but it was all well as the new one was all mussel and double in amount. That's the only dish I can say still taste good. All of those dish cost nearly RM200 (RM 175 kua I forgot).
I remember last time, before the restaurant move, we used to eat of frequently. The food there was freaking tasty, there are generous amount of meat!, and the price was considerably reasonable. Hah, I miss the old restaurant. =.=
